Waterford Youth Services Bureau, in partnership with parent and community resources, is committed to ensuring that our youth have information and activities that promote healthy social, emotional and physical development. We achieve this mission by providing programming for youth , education, advocacy, counseling and support for families. Who We Are
Youth Services Bureaus are regulated by Connecticut State Statue 10-19m and are charged with the provision of services and programs for all youth to develop positively and to function as responsible members of their communities.
